How to make mochi and assemble daifukus.

Now that I can't leave the house because of the swine flu, I'm finally getting some projects I had lined up done. I've had all the ingredients to make Daifuku lying around for a while :) Daifuku are a Japanese desert, a mochi ball filled with red bean paste. In part one I made anko (red bean paste) the filling for the daifukus. In this video I make mochi dough and assemble the diafukus.
