Life is a Miracle

Life is a miracle.

We are all miracles.

Imagine one single sperm having to fight its way with millions of sperm cells to fuse with an egg to give rise to a unique being.

From a helpless baby who can't even crawl to a fully developed thinking person who can achieve greatness.

Our heart beats 24/7.

The wound on our leg heals on its own.

Some can play a racket game or ball game with their hands. Some can paint with their mouth or feet.

Someone you know was involved in a bad car accident but emerged unscathed.

A distant relative has been diagnosed with a terminal illness but is enjoying her favorite chocolate ice-cream 3 years after the diagnosis.

Someone you were just thinking about called you on the line.

Someone close who had just passed on returned momentary as a beautiful butterfly.

Your prayers were answered.

One moment, you dreamed that you could fly and the next, you dreamed that you were fighting against some green-eyed monsters.

You can have breakfast with your family in London this morning, and meet up with business associates in Bangkok tonight.

We can bask in the amazing four seasons. I just love the sight of snowing.

The flower bud blooming into an attractive flower.

We get to learn from the great men who lived a few thousand years ago.

We may be oceans apart, but it is exciting to know that we are connecting right here, this very moment.

We sleep snoring tonight and wake up breathing tomorrow.
